Limited Warranty

Your Nimbi Body Sculpt Razor warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 1 year. If your product is defective during the warranty period, we will replace it free of charge. 


What the warranty covers

The warranty only covers defects of the aluminium handle and the ceramic stand. It does not cover the bio-cartridges, nor any other Nimbi product or non-Nimbi product. The warranty also does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the razor, or any damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accident, misuse, dirt or water

  • The product being tampered with

  • Improper use

  • Failure to take proper care of the product

  • Repairs or modifications carried out without Nimbi’s written permission

This guarantee extends to every country where this product is supplied by Nimbi or its appointed distributor. 

Within the guarantee period, and provided it meets our warranty terms and conditions, we will replace, free of charge, a defective aluminium razor handle and/or ceramic stand. Depending on availability, replacement of a unit might result in a different color or an equivalent model.


How to obtain your warranty

To get confirmation of your warranty, please provide your email address and name in the form on this page, whereupon you will receive an email confirmation of your warranty.


Important information

In case you need to redeem your warranty, it is required that you retain your original sales receipt and the email warranty confirmation.


How to Make a Claim

Contact Nimbi via email at info@nimbi.supply. You will be asked to provide your proof of purchase and your warranty confirmation. We aim to process your claim within 5 working days of receipt. 



30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Nimbi Body Sculpt Razor within 30 days of purchase, you can contact us for a full refund. 

To claim your refund, please email us at info@nimbi.supply and include your order number. You don’t have to provide a reason, but we would love to know why you were unhappy so we can continue to improve our products.

This guarantee only applies to the Nimbi Body Sculpt Razor, and not any of Nimbi’s other products, nor any non-Nimbi products that may have been purchased at the same time. It only extends to purchases made on nimbi.supply and on Amazon. Unfortunately we cannot provide a refund for purchases made at third-party retailers.
