All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time. We are in the process of commercial production and will inform you via email with updates as we go.

• The shipping of a pre-order depends on the estimated date reflected on the webpage - or order email confirmation - when the order is placed. Remember the estimated shipping window is 10 days from the date shown in your order confirmation. Sadly, at this stage, we cannot accelerate this process to send it at an earlier date than the one we provide you.
• You can check estimated dispatch dates on individual product pages. Please bear in mind different products will be in different stages of production and therefore have different dates.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse. It will include all tracking information. International shipping outside of the USA or UK will be subject to individual couriers with varying shipping times.
